Anyone can make a referral, whether you’re a family member, friend, support coordinator, healthcare professional, or even the participant themselves. If you know someone who could benefit from our services, we’re here to help guide the process and provide the right support.
When making a referral, we’ll ask for some basic details about the person you’re referring, like their name, contact information, NDIS status (if applicable), and a brief outline of their support needs. The more information you can provide, the better we can respond.
Once we receive your referral, a member of our team will reach out to the participant or their representative. We’ll have a friendly chat to understand their needs, answer any questions, and explain the next steps. From there, we’ll work together to build a support plan that fits.
While most of our services are tailored for NDIS participants, we’re happy to speak with anyone who might need support. If someone doesn’t yet have a plan, we can provide guidance on how to apply for NDIS funding or explore other options.
We aim to respond to all referrals within 1–2 business days. If it’s urgent or time-sensitive, you’re welcome to give us a call directly so we can prioritise the enquiry and offer quick support where needed.
