Our founding roots
Why we started KindNest Support Services
KindNest Support Services was created from lived experience and a shared passion for doing things differently. After years working in health, disability, and community care, we saw the gaps, impersonal service, high staff turnover, and people feeling like just another number. We set out to change that. With empathy at our core and real relationships as our foundation, we’re here to provide consistent, respectful, and person-centred support across Melbourne.
